This blog keeps track of my life as a chiropractic student. I'll be sharing my education and learning experiences throughout my tenure as a DC student starting from my very first day of class on Wednesday, Jan 14th, 2009 through my graduation on Saturday, April 21, 2012. :)
How much schooling do you have to go through in order to be a chiropractor? I was thinking about becoming one because my friends say that I would do good at it. How much does a chiropractor make? http://www.yaegerchiropractic.com
ReplyDeleteIt's probably easiest if you have your BS first but, if you're about 3/4ths of the way through college and meet the prerequisites which include a year of physics and two years of chemistry (all with labs) then you should be able to get in and pick up a BS along the way.
DeleteIt takes a minimum of 10 semesters of DC school. I couldn't find the statistics on my school website for the percentage of people that graduate that quickly but I did find that 83.7% graduate after 15 semesters which, is a full five years, three semesters per year.
not sure about the income range, still working on completing boards so I can get a license.
